Eddie Lowkis

Eddie Lowkis has extensive work experience in the housing and property industry. Eddie started their career in 1978 as an Installation Electrician at Southern Electric and worked there until 1993. Eddie then worked as an Engineering Training Advisor/Assessor at Avon Vale Training from 1999 to 2003. Eddie then joined Vale Housing Association as a Building Services Surveyor, where they managed electrical installations and contracts. In 2006, they joined Aster as an M&E Contracts Manager, where they managed contracts and supervised a team of operatives and sub-contractors. Eddie later worked at Knightstone Housing Association as an H&S and Property Compliance Manager from 2008 to 2018. Eddie then joined LiveWest as the Head of Property Compliance from 2018 to 2019. Eddie worked at Green Square Group as the Head Of Compliance from 2019 to 2021, and then at GreenSquareAccord as the Head of Building Safety from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Eddie is the Head of Asset Compliance at Southern Housing.
