Geanna Bray

Geanna Bray currently serves as the Board Complaints Lead and Vice Chair of the Residents Services Committee at Southern Housing, where involvement began in December 2022. Additionally, Geanna has been a Chair and Board Member at Crystal Palace Housing Association Limited since February 2016. Previous roles include Chair of the Customer Experience Committee and Board Member at Optivo from December 2018 to December 2022, and Interim Director at One Housing from January 2020 to April 2021. From June 2007 to December 2019, Geanna held the position of Director of Housing, Support & Customer Services at Salvation Army Housing Association. Earlier in the career, roles included Director of Housing Services at Islington & Shoreditch Housing Association Limited and various leadership positions at L&Q, including Head of Revenue Services. Geanna's educational background consists of a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in Applied Social Science from Kingston University, and A-level qualifications from Hastings High School for Girls.
