Brad Campbell holds extensive experience in regulatory and accreditation compliance, currently serving as the System Director of Regulatory and Accreditation Compliance at Southern Illinois Healthcare since November 2004, alongside the role of Safety and Security Manager. In addition, Brad has been a Senior Security Consultant at Sorensen, Wilder & Associates since December 2021, specializing in policy development, risk assessment, and security vulnerability assessments. Brad is certified in various areas of security management and serves as a Master Instructor for healthcare aggression management training. Prior to these roles, Brad worked as a Correctional Officer at the Randolph County Sheriff's Office and served as a Field Artillery Gunner in the US Army. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Occupational Safety Management from Indiana State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration of Justice from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
