Jeff Stewart

Jeff Stewart is an experienced spiritual care leader with a diverse background in healthcare and ministry. Currently serving as the System Director of Mission Integration at Southern Illinois Healthcare since June 2022, Jeff previously held the position of Regional Director of Pastoral Care at SSM Health Illinois from August 2007 to June 2022, focusing on assessing the spiritual well-being of patients and providing care plans within hospital settings. Jeff’s career began as a Chaplain with the Southern Baptist Convention from 1993 to 2013, and included a role as a Chaplain at Lourdes Hospice from November 2003 to August 2007. Educationally, Jeff earned a Master of Divinity (MDiv) and a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Liberty University between 2000 and 2011, and a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies and Psychology from Mid-Continent University from 1993 to 1998.
