Georgia Pomrenke

Georgia Pomrenke has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Georgia began their career as an Administrative Assistant Office Manager at FlatIron Historic Sandstone Inn in 2006. In 2008, they served as an Alderman, Ward 3, for the City of Hot Springs, SD, where they successfully facilitated collaboration among council members. Georgia then worked as a Marketing & Events Coordinator at the Hot Springs Area Chamber of Commerce from 2011 to 2012. In 2006, they also started their own business, Designs by G, which provided advertising assistance and created jewelry. Georgia transitioned to a career in Human Resources and became the Owner of Designs by G in 2015. From 2013 to the present, Georgia has held various HR roles at SIRS, Southern Indiana Resource Solutions, including HR Assistant and HR Director. In 2019, they were promoted to VP of Human Resources, where they now lead the HR department, develops HR strategies and programs, and oversees employee relations, recruitment, and legal compliance.

Georgia Pomrenke attended Ivy Tech Community College-North Central from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a certification in Office Administration.
