Andrea Jones

Andrea Jones has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on development and operations. Andrea is currently the Vice President of Development and Construction at Southern Land Company since October 2020. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, they worked as the Senior Director of Development at Kylli, overseeing projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before that, from 2017 to 2018, they held the role of Senior Director of Development at FivePoint. From 2005 to 2017, they served as the Vice President of U.S. Development and Operations at Bosa Development Corporation. Additionally, from 1996 to 2005, they worked as a Senior Vice President at Catellus Development Corporation, and from 1985 to 1996, they were a Project Manager at BRIDGE Housing Corporation.

Andrea Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Tufts University. Additionally, they have pursued further education at the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation, where they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning.
