Brian Emmons

Brian Emmons serves as Vice President and Development Manager at Southern Land Company since November 2017, while also holding the position of Principal at Fusion PHL since May 2017. Previously, Brian Emmons worked at Toll Brothers for twelve years as Division Vice President, overseeing operations in the Philadelphia City Living Division, and was awarded multiple honors, including the Presidential Award and several Community of the Year titles. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant Vice President at Link Management, Inc. from 1995 to 2005, and Project Manager at Lee Hydronics from 2000 to 2002. Brian Emmons holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University, completed in 1997.
