Kevin Wilson

Kevin Wilson is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing, Strategy and Planning at Southern Land Company since February 2024. Prior to this role, Kevin held various significant positions at Kushner, including Vice President of Marketing and Director of Marketing, where oversight was provided for marketing initiatives across multi-family apartment communities, new developments, and commercial spaces. Kevin's experience also includes serving as Regional Marketing Manager at Home Properties, where marketing activities for nearly 13,000 apartment homes were managed across multiple states, and as Assistant Marketing Manager at Toll Brothers, focusing on urban living developments. Additional roles with Jackson Hewitt and Cendant Corporation involved developing marketing content and campaigns. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from Ursinus College.
