Tim Artrip

Tim Artrip has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Tim started their career at Chromatics in 1997 as a Production Manager, where they worked for 8 years. In 2005, they joined the Southern Land Company as a Director of Construction and held this role for more than 17 years. Recently, in August 2022, they were promoted to the position of Vice President of Construction at Southern Land Company.

Tim Artrip studied Electrical-Mechanical Engineering at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Chattanooga State Technical Community College from 1994 to 1996, focusing on Engineering.
