TJ Montoya

TJ Montoya currently serves as the President of Denver Homebuilding at Southern Land Company since July 2021 and previously held the position of Vice President of Construction in Colorado. Prior to this role, TJ Montoya worked at Oakwood Homes from January 2013 to June 2021 as Community Construction Manager and Builder. Additionally, TJ Montoya has experience in law enforcement, having served as a Deputy Sheriff at Gunnison County Sheriff from May 2012 to February 2013. TJ Montoya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Western Colorado University, completed in 2012, and is a graduate of Centaurus High School from 2008.
