Gary Rosmarin started their work experience in 2003 as the VP of Golf and Country Club Division at Toll Brothers Inc. Gary then went on to work as VP of Asset Management at CNL Hotels & Resorts from 2004 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Pyramid Advisors as the VP of Asset Management. From 2008 to 2009, they served as the SVP of Development at Nicklaus Companies. Gary then joined CNL Financial Group in 2010 where they worked as the Senior Vice President-Managing Director until 2018 when they retired. Currently, they are working as the Principal at Southern Marinas since January 2019.
Gary Rosmarin received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Tulane University, where they attended from 1968 to 1972. Gary later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) at Florida State University from 1973 to 1974.
