Rhonda Kondo

Rhonda Kondo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rhonda started their career in 2007 as an Office Manager at Aquamarina Lazy Days and worked there until 2016. In 2017, they joined Aqua Marine Partners, LLC, first as a Human Resources Manager and then as a Marketing Manager until 2020. In 2014, they served as the Planning and Zoning Commission Secretary at the City of Auburn GA until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at Southern Marinas since 2020.

Rhonda Kondo earned a Master Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of North Georgia in 2016. Prior to that, they attended Gwinnett Technical College from 2005 to 2008, where they focused on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Rhonda also obtained a Master Certification in Human Resources Management in the same year.
