Bobby B. Lyle

Bobby B. Lyle is a Trustee at Southern Methodist University. Bobby has also served as the Director of Product Management at Celion Networks and the Product Line Manager at JDS Uniphase. Bobby is also a Professor of Electrical Engineering and the Founder and Director of the Photonic Devices and Systems Laboratory (PDSL) at UT Dallas. In addition, they are the Co-founder of MRRA Inc. and the Associate Dean for Interdisciplinary Programs.

Bobby B. Lyle attended the Phillips Academy for their high school education. Bobby then went on to study electrical engineering at Brown University, where they earned their ScB. Lyle continued their studies in electrical engineering at Portland State University, where they earned their PhD. Bobby then attended the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business to earn their MBA.
