Jeanne Tower Cox

Jeanne Tower Cox is the current Trustee at Southern Methodist University and was previously the Director, Executive Talent Engagement Partner at Zwift from July 2020 to October 2021. Jeanne has over 20 years of experience in executive recruiting and talent acquisition.

Jeanne started their career as an Executive Recruiter at New Relic, Inc. from September 2017 to April 2020. Jeanne then became an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner at PayPal from December 2014 to October 2016. After that, they took on the same role at eBay from July 2011 to December 2014. Prior to that, Jeanne was a Principal/Executive Recruiter at Boyden from November 2009 to July 2011.

Throughout their career, Jeanne has been proud to assist with successful diversity hiring initiatives. Jeanne is passionate about fitness and believes that technology and gaming can bring people together to achieve their fitness goals.

Jeanne Tower Cox has a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business, as well as an MBA in Marketing from the University of San Francisco.
