Rachael Funk is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in public benefits law and client representation for low-income individuals. Currently serving as a Staff Attorney at Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc., Rachael has previously held the position of Senior Staff Attorney at the New York Legal Assistance Group and worked as a Staff Attorney at Northeast New Jersey Legal Services. Rachael's expertise includes addressing complex public benefits matters and providing legal support in domestic violence cases, child support, and custody modifications. Rachael also has a background in business consulting, human resources, and clerkships with the United States District Court and Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services. Rachael holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. in History from Macalester College.
