Ebony Bell

Ebony Bell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fraud investigation and housing assistance management. Currently serving as a Fraud Investigator at the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority since April 2015, Ebony handles allegations of program fraud, conducting interviews with various stakeholders. Previously, as an Occupancy Specialist, responsibilities included case management and ensuring compliance with housing guidelines. Prior experience includes roles such as Account Specialist Supervisor and Lead Account Specialist at the City of Raleigh Housing Authority, where Ebony supervised staff, developed policies, and analyzed payment discrepancies. Additional experience includes tax preparation, accounting assistance, and customer service roles across several organizations. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from the College of Southern Nevada.
