Chaunsey Chau-Duong has a strong background in public affairs and law, currently serving as Public Affairs Supervisor at the Southern Nevada Water Authority since November 2015, where key achievements include legislative successes in conservation funding and regulations. Chaunsey also teaches political science as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Southern Nevada. Prior experience includes roles as Senior International Trade Manager at the Nevada Governor's Office of Economic Development, General Counsel and Policy Advisor for the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, and a Summer Associate at the Clark County District Attorney's Office. Chaunsey's earlier career included positions as Regional Representative and Field Representative for the United States Senate, dealing with casework and outreach. Chaunsey holds a Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
