Deborah Ketai

Deborah Ketai, CCMP, PMP, RMP, is an experienced organizational change manager and process engineer currently seeking new opportunities as of October 2023. Deborah serves on the Board of Directors for the Southern New England Chapter of PMI, focusing on Programs Portfolio since January 2024. Previously, Deborah held the position of Program Manager at Optum from August 2013 to September 2023, where key responsibilities included developing a communication plan for UnitedHealth Group’s AI community and championing a strategic quality initiative that resulted in significant operational enhancements. Prior to Optum, Deborah worked as a program/project manager for various companies from November 2006 to August 2013, contributing to successful transitions and implementations of complex processes. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Russian from Barnard College.
