Colleen Flynn is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in patient and family services, nutrition sciences, and rehabilitation care. Currently serving as the Director of Patient and Family Services at Southern New Hampshire Health since August 2017, Colleen previously held the position of Assistant Director in the same department. Prior to this role, Colleen was the Executive Director at Courville at Nashua, overseeing the operations of a 100-bed rehabilitation and long-term care facility. Colleen also contributed to Kindred Transitional Care and Rehab-Greenbriar as the Assistant Executive Director, managing a 290-bed facility. Additionally, Colleen has served as an adjunct faculty instructor at Nashua Community College, teaching nutrition, and began a career as a registered dietitian at Kindred Healthcare, where medical nutritional therapy was provided to patients. Colleen holds a Master's degree in Nutrition Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of New Hampshire.
