Jennifer Boyer

Jennifer Boyer is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Family Practice Provider at Southern New Hampshire Health and also providing care through Optum for skilled nursing facility, long-term acute care, and long-term care visits since January 2022. Prior roles include working at HCA Physician Services Group, specializing in women's health, and EmCare, focusing on emergency medicine with responsibilities in triage and diagnostic interpretation. Jennifer has also managed internal medicine and occupational medicine at West Florida Medical Associates and CORE Occupational Medicine, respectively. With foundational experience as a Registered Nurse and EMT Paramedic, Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati, along with a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida and an Associate's degree from Valencia College.
