Jon Michael Vore

Jon Michael Vore, DO, FAAFP, currently serves as the Chief Medical Information Officer at Southern New Hampshire Health since July 2019 and has been a Family Medicine Physician at Foundation Medical Partners since August 2006, providing comprehensive care at Amherst Family Medicine in Amherst, NH. Vore's passion for preventative care emphasizes the integration of patient education, technology, and informatics to enhance healthcare delivery. Additionally, Vore has been a Preceptor for the Master of Physician Assistant Studies Program at MGH Institute of Health Professions since July 2015, contributing to the training of future physician assistants. Vore completed a Family Medicine Residency at New Hampshire Dartmouth from 2003 to 2006, earned a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the University of New England from 1999 to 2003, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Colby College from 1994 to 1998.
