Renee Broze

Renee Broze is a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in urgent care, wound care, diabetes management, and family medicine. Currently serving at Southern New Hampshire Health since July 2021, Renee previously worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner at ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care and Cleveland Clinic from 2009 to 2020. Prior roles include Advanced Practice Nurse at The MetroHealth System and Research Coordinator/Diabetes Educator at University Hospitals, where involvement in the ACCORD NIH diabetes study took place. Renee's nursing career began as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac ICU at Cleveland Clinic. Education includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of New Hampshire, a Bachelor's in Nursing Science from Cleveland State University, and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Ursuline College.
