Aaron Demory has extensive experience in information security and technology, currently serving as the Chief of Information Security and Technology at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) since October 2014. Aaron holds several academic positions, including Adjunct at Southern New Hampshire University and Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus, teaching courses on scripting, software security, ethical hacking, and penetration testing. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President Deputy Director at Alion Science and Technology and Software Branch Manager at SAIC. Aaron's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Military Institute, an MBA from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, and two Master’s degrees in Cybersecurity and Systems Engineering from University of Maryland Global Campus and The George Washington University, respectively.
