Danielle Stanton

Danielle Stanton is the EVP & Chief People Officer at Southern New Hampshire University. Danielle previously served as the Chief HR Officer at USI Insurance Services LLC from February 2006 to April 2013. Prior to that, they were the Group HR Manager at xpedx/International Paper from March 2001 to February 2006. Danielle started their career in Human Resources as an Associate at Northern Essex Community College from September 1998 to March 2001.

Danielle Stanton has a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Notre Dame College, and certification from the HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

They work with John Jibilian - EVP, Chief Digital Officer, Alana Burns - Chief Marketing Officer, and Susan Nathan - Chief Experience Officer. Their manager is Paul J. Leblanc, President & CEO.
