Derek Pollard, PhD, is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in education and the literary field. As the Founder of Constellar Creative since 2021, Derek emphasizes a non-sales approach to audience engagement. In conjunction with this role, Derek serves as the Series Editor for the Poets on Poetry Series at the University of Michigan Press, focusing on diversifying publication pathways for underrepresented writers.
