Karen Butterworth-Erban Fache

Karen Butterworth-Erban FACHE has extensive experience in healthcare administration and education, currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at Southern New Hampshire University and Adjunct Professor at Southern Connecticut State University. Previously, Karen held key leadership positions at Yale New Haven Health, including Executive Director of Clinical Operations and Ambulatory Services, as well as Administrator of Ambulatory Specialty Sites and Diagnostic Imaging. Additional roles include Vice President of Operations and Director of Nursing at Root Center for Advanced Recovery, and Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Three Rivers Community College. Karen holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University and a Master of Science in Nursing Practice from the University of Connecticut.
