Lyndele McCain von Schill

Lyndele McCain von Schill is a seasoned professional in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as a Board Member for ACLU of Virginia and the Director of Diversity & Inclusion at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory. With extensive academic involvement, Lyndele holds positions as Adjunct Faculty at both the University of New Hampshire and Southern New Hampshire University, focusing on human development, race and diversity, cultural awareness, and online learning. Previously, Lyndele contributed as a Board Member for PFLAG National and served as a Commissioner on the Human Rights Commission for the City of Charlottesville. Lyndele's earlier career includes roles at the University of Virginia in program management and research administration. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Curriculum, Education, and Technology from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Diversity and Communication in Organizations from UNH Online.
