Roger White

Roger White, MHRM, serves as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Southern New Hampshire University and the University of Minnesota College of Continuing & Professional Studies, contributing expertise in health services management. Since December 2008, Roger has been the Head of People and Culture and Associate Administrator at Mount Olivet Careview, leading people strategies and DE&I initiatives across multiple organizations. Previously, Roger held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Lifecycle Health Services, where leadership and relationship management skills were applied to enhance organizational growth in the health care staffing sector. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, Roger also holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University, complemented by a degree in Health Services Management from the University of Minnesota.
