Sinjin Grady is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in communications and marketing. Currently serving as a Customer Service Account Manager at Southern Pharmacy Services since May 2018, Sinjin also possesses prior experience in order entry. Sinjin's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Health Communication and a Bachelor of Science in Communications/Public Relations from East Carolina University. A previous Communication/Marketing Intern at the university's Human Resources Department, Sinjin collaborated on marketing initiatives and social media strategies. Additional experience includes serving as a Customer Lead at Food Lion, where customer service excellence was emphasized, and as a Communications Intern at Kinston Public Services, contributing to community outreach and internal communications efforts.
