Bill Miller

Bill Miller is a seasoned professional in renewable energy with extensive experience in project development and resource assessment. Currently serving as the Renewable Resource Manager at Southern Power since December 2017, Bill leads meteorological campaigns and energy assessments for wind and solar projects, overseeing power performance measurements of renewable facilities. Previously, Bill held the position of Fuel Resource Analyst, conducting resource assessments and developing procedures for wind and solar projects. Prior to Southern Power, Bill worked as a Renewable Energy Technical Analyst at Higher Power Energy, contributing to the development of 1 GW of wind farms. Bill's early career included roles as Head Cashier at Barnes & Noble, Inc., and an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Texas at Dallas. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from The University of Texas at Dallas.
