Collins Schaffeld

Collins Schaffeld is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Analyst at Southern Power since July 2023. Previous roles include an Instructor at Pure Barre from May 2021 to May 2023, and a Research Assistant at Auburn University's Samuel Ginn College of Engineering, where an impactful study on microenvironments and cancer cell function was conducted. Collins also held leadership positions at Alpha Gamma Delta, including President and Vice President of Philanthropy, and worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Aptar CSP Technologies. Additionally, Collins represented the university as Miss Auburn University with The Miss America Organization from October 2019 to February 2022. Collins earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University, completing studies in May 2023.
