Pamela Frazier is a seasoned professional in compliance and engineering with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as NERC Compliance Strategy Manager at Southern Power since January 2024, Pamela previously held the role of Compliance Coordinator at Southern Company from March 2021 to January 2024. With a strong foundation in engineering, Pamela worked at Southern Nuclear from April 2011 to March 2021 as Senior Licensing Engineer and Sr. Engineer in the Risk Informed Engineering Department, focusing on fire safety and circuit analysis for Probabilistic Risk Assessment models. Earlier in the career, Pamela gained valuable experience as a Network Control Specialist at AT&T, where responsibilities included network troubleshooting and project management. Pamela earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2010.
