Scott A. Bailey

Scott A. Bailey, CFPS, SET, currently serves as the Fire Safety Coordinator at Southern Power, overseeing safety and health, fire prevention, and physical security for 55 power generating facilities across 15 states since December 2021. Prior to this role, Scott held various positions at Johnson Controls, including Senior Systems Application Engineer, as well as Electronic Systems Sales Representative, Project Manager, and Technical Representative from 1993 to 2012. Scott's career also includes service in the United States Air Force from 1982 to 1992 as a Radio Frequency Manager and Ground Radio Operator. Scott holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Information Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
