Neal Niedfeldt

Neal Niedfeldt is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in public power and municipal administration. Currently serving as President and CEO of Southern Public Power District since March 2012, Niedfeldt previously held the position of City Administrator for the City of Beatrice, Nebraska, from February 2008 to March 2012. Earlier in their career, Niedfeldt was the Chief Financial Officer at Norris Public Power District from October 1983 to February 2008, and worked as a Supervising Accountant at KPMG from May 1979 to October 1983. Niedfeldt holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned between 1975 and 1979.
