James Velgot

Jim Velgot is a seasoned marketing executive currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Sunrise Realty Trust, Tannenbaum Capital Group, and AFC_GAMMA since 2023, 2022, and 2020 respectively. Previously, Velgot acted as Managing Partner at the VELGOT group, which provided strategic brand consulting, and served as Strategic Brand Consultant at Pzena Investment Management, where brand transformation and implementation were key achievements. During tenure at Fifth Street Asset Management, Velgot held multiple roles including Chief Marketing Officer and Chief of Staff, focusing on brand development and marketing strategy.
