Stuart Swann

Stuart Swann is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in management and investment. Currently serving as Managing Director at Sunrise Realty Trust and Southern Realty Trust since October 2023, as well as at Belair Property Advisors since April 2021, Stuart has a robust background that includes previous positions as Managing Director at BentallGreenOak and a Principal at GreenOak Real Estate. Stuart began a career in real estate as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley from 2006 to 2008, focusing on Real Estate Private Equity and Investment Banking. Stuart holds an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University, complemented by foundational education at Woodberry Forest School.
