Randy Millard

Randy Millard has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Randy most recently served as the Site CIO/ISO at Southern Regional Medical Center, a 331-bed full-service hospital owned by Prime Healthcare Services. Prior to this, Randy worked as the Director of Information Technology/Interim CIO at JFSA Cleveland, a non-profit organization that strengthens families and individuals in Northeast Ohio. Before their role at JFSA Cleveland, they were an Independent Contractor at SIHO Insurance Services, providing comprehensive health care services. Randy also held the position of CIO at Independent Physician Solutions\\SOCHS, a role in which they served from 2011 to 2014. Their earliest healthcare leadership experience was at Pomerene Hospital, where they were the CIO from 2003 to 2011.

Randy Millard has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Towson University, which they obtained from 1986 to 1991. Prior to that, they attended the Control Data Institute from 1985 to 1986, where they studied Computer Programming and Operations. In 1983 to 1984, they completed the EDS Systems Programming Development Program, focusing on IBM MVS/VM Systems Programming. Before that, from 1981 to 1982, Randy was enrolled in the Electronic Data Systems Operations Development Program, specializing in Computer Operations.

In addition to their formal education, Randy Millard has obtained several certifications. Randy completed the "HIPAA Awareness for Business Associates" course from HIPAA Training in December 2014.
