Joy Donaldson

Joy Donaldson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joy started their career in 1998 as an Employment Services Manager at Sentara Healthcare. Joy then worked as an HR Supervisor/HR Generalist at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital from 2001 to 2002. In 2002, they joined UF Health as an HR Generalist/Recruiter until 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they served as an HR Generalist II at Cox Communications. In 2010, they transitioned to CareerSource North Central Florida and held the role of Program Manager - WIOA Adult/DW and Youth until 2015. Joy then joined AvMed as an HR Generalist from 2015 to 2017. Since 2018, they have been working at Southern Rehab Network, initially as a Human Resources Specialist and later as a Human Resources Manager. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Southern Rehab Network.

Joy Donaldson completed their Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from Washington Adventist University in 2008. Joy then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Operations, from Webster University. Joy completed their Master's degree in 2016.
