Allison began their career as a litigation assistant at Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP in 2005 and later worked as a paralegal at Anderson & Ealick, P.C. from 2008 to 2012. Allison then transitioned to a role as an executive assistant at The Home Depot Rental, where they worked from 2012 to 2019. Currently, they serve as the Director of Human Resources at Southern Shade Tree Co. starting from April 2019.
