Stephen Rigot

Steve Rigot is an experienced operations and production manager with a strong background in manufacturing and leadership roles. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Southern Staircase since May 2023, Rigot previously held positions as Production Manager at NifcoKTW America Corporation and Nifco America Corp., as well as at Heraeus Tenevo Inc. from February 2017 to January 2022. Notably, at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Rigot was responsible for manufacturing plant operations and managing significant employee resources while overseeing a $42 million annual budget. Additionally, Rigot has experience as a Sales Account Manager for NASCAR, handling $52 million in annual race tire sales and inventory management. Rigot holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Gardner-Webb University, obtained in 2004.
