Abigail Cooke is an experienced professional in training and digital collaboration, currently serving as the Learning and Digital Collaboration Manager at Southern States Cooperative since June 2015. In this role, Abigail has designed and delivered training courses across 30 retail locations, adapted in-person training to virtual formats, and managed the rollout of various collaboration tools including Microsoft SharePoint and Teams. Additionally, Abigail launched a public relations campaign to enhance learning engagement among over 2,500 employees and led the transition to WebEx, achieving significant cost savings. With prior experience as a Corporate Training Program Specialist at MSC Industrial Supply and as the English Department Chair at Harmony School of Science, Abigail brings a wealth of expertise in curriculum development and training management. Abigail holds a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Texas State University.
