Bart Howard

Bart Howard is an experienced manager with a strong background in operations and team leadership. Since July 2006, Bart has served as Manager at Southern States Cooperative, overseeing a 35-person team and two locations, while managing a $20 million budget to serve over 10,000 customers with propane gas, heating oil, power fuels, and HVAC services. Prior to this role, Bart held the position of Airline Fueling Manager at ASIG from June 2003 to July 2006, directing an 80-person department responsible for servicing 375 flights daily. Bart's earlier experience includes serving as Training Manager/Training Supervisor at Signature Flight Support from June 2000 to July 2003, where responsibilities included training program development and curriculum delivery for employee safety and operational efficiency. Bart holds an MBA in Management from Strayer University and a BS in Aviation Management/Flight Technology from the Florida Institute of Technology.
