Sarabel Amador has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sarabel started their career at Eaton (Powerware) in 1994, where they worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative, Logistics Coordinator, Production Planner, and Buyer/Expeditor. During their time at Eaton, they gained experience in managing shipments, coordinating documentation, production planning, and supplier negotiation.
In 2001, Sarabel joined Vigobyte de Mexico (Verbatim) as an Import & Export Supervisor, where they facilitated shipments of machinery and raw materials, managed paperwork and documentation, and handled ECCN classification.
Sarabel then moved on to Jabra in 2001, where they worked as a Senior International and Domestic Customer & Sales Support representative. Their responsibilities included managing orders for retail customers, balancing sales forecast with manufacturing demand planning, and reducing lead times through improved procedures.
From 2004 to 2007, Sarabel worked at TDK-Lambda as a Senior Customer Service Representative, handling customer requests and managing order entries.
At Eaton Electrical from 2006 to 2009, Sarabel held the role of Senior International CSR. Their responsibilities included providing quotes to customers, processing purchase orders, handling credit holds, and generating commercial invoices.
Sarabel then joined TE Connectivity (Tyco) in 2009 as a Senior International and Domestic Inside Sales Representative. In this role, Sarabel served as a liaison for supply chain issues, provided customer service, and monitored sales patterns.
From 2012 to 2016, Sarabel worked at General Cable as an Export Logistics Planner and International Inside Sales Representative. Their responsibilities included managing export activities, coordinating transportation, reviewing customer orders, and providing sales support.
In 2016, they joined Ericson Manufacturing as an International Business Development Manager. Their role involved serving as a sales lead for global and OEM accounts, building and maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to marketing activities.
Sarabel then joined FirstPower Group LLC in 2018 as a Sales Engineer, where they worked until 2022. As a Sales Engineer, they utilized their technical knowledge to support sales efforts and manage customer relationships.
Currently, Sarabel Amador works at Southern States LLC as a Regional Sales Manager in the Power Switch Division, a position they began in 2022.
Sarabel Amador has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Tijuana, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Sarabel also attended the Centro de Estudios Universitarios (CESUN) from 1999 to 2000, where they studied International Trade. Additionally, they attended Strayer University from 2006 to 2008, focusing on International Business.
