Wade Z. has over 40 years of work experience in various technical roles. Wade started their career in the United States Marine Corps as an E-5 Cryogenics technician from 1974 to 1979. After that, they worked as a Field Engineer at Kay and Associates, Inc. for two separate periods, from 1981 to 1982 and then from 1982 to 1983. From 1983 to 1990, they served as a Senior Field Engineer at the same company.

In 1992, Wade joined Lockheed Martin as an Electrical Technician for Space Shuttle Support and worked there until 1997. Wade then joined Cleveland Electric Company in 1998 as a Lead Switchgear Technician, where they were responsible for inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting equipment.

Wade's next role was at Southern States, LLC, where they initially served as a Field Service Manager from 2003 onwards. Later on, in 2015, they transitioned to the position of Technical Customer Service Manager, PSD. In this role, they focused on providing technical support to customers, defining customer service processes, training and supporting customer service engineers, and creating tools and materials to aid in technical support.

Throughout their career, Wade has demonstrated a strong aptitude for technical problem-solving, customer service, and maintenance record-keeping.

Wade Z. began their education in 1974 at the US Naval School of Cryogenics, where they pursued a Master's degree in a field related to "Cool" stuff. Wade completed this program in 1975. Later, in 1979, they enrolled at Eastern Florida State College to pursue an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Engineering Technology. Wade Z. successfully completed this program in 1981.
