Smriti Nanda

Smriti Nanda has extensive experience in human resources, having worked in various HR roles across multiple organizations since 2004. Currently serving as the National HR & WHS Manager at Southern Steel Group since September 2016, Smriti has held positions such as Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Coordinator/Advisor within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as HR Assistant at Panalpina, HR Officer and Administration Officer at Austraining Business Institute, Recruitment Officer at Leo Microsystems, and Campus Recruitment Manager at Wipro. Smriti's education includes a Diploma in Management and a Diploma in Human Resources from Austraining Business Institute and AELI, respectively, as well as a PGDM in Personnel Management and Human Resources and a Master's in Labor Law & Labor Welfare from Symbiosis Institute. Additionally, Smriti holds a degree in English Literature from Delhi University.
