Rachel Hilliard

Rachel Hilliard possesses a robust background in patient access management and medical reception, currently serving as Patient Access Manager at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System since June 2019. Rachel has been a key player at Southern Tennessee Medical Center, taking on the roles of Medical Receptionist and Team Lead of Patient Access since May 2015. Prior experience includes a position as a Bank Teller at Franklin County United Bank from November 2013 to May 2015. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Trevecca Nazarene University and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Motlow State Community College.
