Brianna Spak

Brianna Spak possesses extensive experience in the field of disability and patient relations, currently serving as a Disability Examiner at the NYS Office of Temporary & Disability Assistance since February 2019. In addition, Brianna has been a Patient Relations Coordinator at United Health Services since May 2017 and has held various roles at the Southern Tier Independence Center since August 2011, including Day Habilitation Coordinator and Senior Habilitation Coordinator. Brianna's responsibilities have included overseeing Direct Support Professionals, supporting individuals in program participation, and providing one-on-one services to help consumers achieve their goals in a least restrictive setting. Brianna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from Binghamton University, completed between 2009 and 2011, and studied at Champlain College from 2007 to 2008.
