Jeffrey Gasper

Jeff Gasper is an accomplished executive in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Southern Tier Network, Inc. since July 2022, where the organization operates and leases bandwidth on a vast dark fiber network across New York State. In addition to this role, Jeff is the CEO and Founder of Maneuver Networks, established in November 2019. Their previous experience includes leadership positions such as Director of Sales at Connected2Fiber and Manager of Broadband Sales and Sales Engineering at ECC Technologies. Jeff’s extensive career also features roles at First Communications, Time Warner Cable Business Class, American Fiber Systems, Choice One Communications, and Ascend Communications. A graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology in Telecom Engineering, Jeff has honed expertise in dark fiber network engineering, operations, and sales throughout their professional journey.
