Ian Midgley CMILT is a seasoned logistics and operational resilience professional with extensive experience in the water and environmental services sectors. Currently serving as Material Planning Manager at Southern Water, Ian leads teams to ensure efficient maintenance operations and oversees logistics projects that integrate inventory management and supplier relationships. Previously, Ian held roles such as Operational Resilience and Response Manager and Emergency Planning Manager at Southern Water, as well as Logistics Manager at Oil Spill Response Ltd, where responsibilities included global mobilization of emergency equipment and improving logistical processes to meet international standards.
