Tom Ormesher

Tom Ormesher possesses extensive experience in environmental management and consultancy within the water and agriculture sectors. Currently serving as the Catchment Delivery Manager at Southern Water since January 2021, Tom previously worked as an Environment and Land Use Adviser for the National Farmers' Union from November 2013 to December 2020. Tom also held the title of Nuffield Scholar at the Nuffield Farming Scholarships Trust between November 2018 and November 2019, focusing on farming supply chains and sustainable practices. Earlier career roles include Senior Consultant/Project Manager at AMEC Environment & Infrastructure UK Limited and a secondment as a Senior Consultant at Thames Water. Tom began his career as a Research Assistant at the Forestry Commission. Academic credentials include a BSc in Environmental Biology from Imperial College London, attained between 2001 and 2004.
